Tulips on Thursday

These tulips popped up in my garden this year:




There were only a few of them--




...even though I had hoped for more.



Yet, taking in their beauty,



...whether individually




...as a pair




...or as part of a group




I decided it didn't matter that only a few arrived this year. I realized that I just feel privileged




to have seen any at all.
