Miss Glad is a nice, large bloom...and most welcome in my garden right about now! Over at Roses and Stuff, Katarina has asked us to share plants of various sizes and/or 'new' ones that might be blooming for the first time in our gardens. There are some more new plants (of various sizes) in my garden right now, but they are unfortunately still on my camera. I'm at the beach...and we forgot the USB Cable!
My garden is actually looking quite summery, still. There have been signs of the end of summer, though. Most noticeably, the temperatures have become so much more pleasant! That part is probably my favorite of all! I'm just not a big fan of humidity! Living in this area of the country, humidity is just a part of life in summer. But this time of year, it often decreases. The night temperature is much more kind and gentle right now, as well...and we can finally sleep with the windows opened!
For more 'new' blooms around the world, of all shapes and sizes, please head on over to Katarina at Roses and Stuff. You'll be glad you did!
Today I am thankful for the mystery of gladioli bulbs!
